Our Process

1. Information Gathering: To streamline your experience, please fill out a brief online questionnaire. This will help us understand your vision and preferences for the video backdrop.

2. Invoice and Agreement: After submitting the questionnaire, we’ll send you an invoice and a service agreement for your review. Payment is required in advance to secure your booking. We offer convenient payment options through PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay. Once you're ready to proceed, both parties will sign the agreement for clarity and commitment.

3. Photo and Personalization Submission: After signing the agreement and completing payment, you’ll provide us with your selected photos and any personalization requests, such as special messages to be included in the video. This allows us to tailor the project specifically to your story and preferences.

4. Delivery: Within 2-4 weeks from receiving all desired videos and photos, you will receive your beautifully crafted video backdrop, ready to enhance your wedding day. We ensure everything is delivered in a format that is easy for your DJ to use, allowing for a seamless presentation during your celebration.
