1. Consultation Fee: The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee can be applied towards your backdrop purchase if you choose to move forward.

2. Contractual Agreement: By making payment, you enter into a legally binding contract with First Dance Reflections. A service agreement outlining the details of the services will be provided following your purchase. No refunds will be issued after payment has been received.

3. PayPal Pay Later: If you choose to use PayPal Pay Later, the terms pertaining to payment plans and refunds will be governed by PayPal's policies.

4. Exceptions: In the exceptional circumstance where a refund may be warranted, you must contact us directly to discuss your situation. Any refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of First Dance Reflections.
